Abstract
Penelitian yang berjudul “Upaya Peningkatan Pelayanan Pariwisata di ASEAN melalui Penyeragaman Standar Kompetensi Tenaga Profesional Pariwisata (ACCSTP) Tahun 2015-2020” dilakukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana upaya yang dilakukan ASEAN untuk mencapai standar tenaga profesional pariwisata kawasan yakni ACCSTP, yang kemudian mampu mendorong peningkatan pelayanan pariwisata di kawasan Asia Tenggara yang dianalisis menggunakan teori kerjasama internasional serta dengan konsep kebijakan pariwisata regional. Dalam penelitian ini, berfokus pada upaya yang telah dilakukan oleh negara ASEAN dalam mencapai standar profesional pariwisata yang telah disepakati seperti dengan menggelar konferensi dan melakukan beberapa pelatihan serta lainnya. The research about “ASEAN Common Competency Standard for Tourism Professionals (ACCSTP) to Improve ASEAN Tourism Services in 2015- 2020” was conducted to determine how ASEAN member state to meet the regional standard competency for tourism professional (ACCSTP) that could boost tourism services quality in South East Asia and was analyzed with international cooperation theory also regional tourism policy concept . This research focuses on ASEAN member states effort to reach standard tourism professional such as hold a conference, training, etc.
