Abstract

This research is performed to analyze the influence of perceived covid-19 risk, perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, toward intention to use e-wallet during covid-19 pandemic. The respondents of this study as many 211 people different city in Indonesia. Based on the result of this research , it has come to the conclusion: 1) perceived covid risk and perceived ease of use has positive influence on intention to use, 2) perceived ease of use has positive influence on perceived usefulness, 4) perceived usefulness can not mediates, 5) perceived usefulness has negative influence on intention to use. The managerial implication from the conlusion in this research are: 1) Marketers can work together with FinTech financial companies to use the facilities digital wallet, 2) Make an introduction and education about how to use e-wallet, 3) Make more innovations about perceived usefulness and always update the system and technology, 4) E-wallet and telecommunications service companies better to provide a stable internet network. The limitation of this research are: 1) The sample in is not exactly proportional, 2) This study only captured the intention to use e-wallets during pandemic, 3) This research investigating all generally e-wallet, 4) Data sources tested only from questionnaire.
