Abstract
Effective employee performance is influenced by good organizational performance between individuals and organizational units. Improving employee performance also requires the ability, motivation and coordination processes in each sub-section of the agency in order to achieve effective and efficient performance. This research was conducted at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Purbalingga Regency. The purpose of this study was to analyze whether there was a significant and positive influence between ability, motivation and work coordination on the performance of the Population and Civil Registration Office of Purbalingga Regency. The target of this research is all employees of the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Purbalingga Regency. The sampling technique was carried out using the saturated sample technique. The number of samples is 79 people. The research method used is a quantitative method with a survey approach. The data collection method is a questionnaire, which is supported by observation and documentation. The data analysis technique used is Kendall Tau Correlation (τ), Kendall W Concordance Coefficient, and Ordinal Regression. Based on the results of quantitative analysis in this study, it can be concluded that: (1) There is a significant and positive influence between work ability on employeee performance of 0,167: (2) There is a significant and positive influence work motivation on employee performance of 0,189: (3) There is a significant and positive effect between work coordination on employee performance of 0,155: (4) There is a significant and positive effect beween ability, motivation and work coordination on employee performance of 0,426. The conclusion of this study is that all indepent variables have a positive and significant influence on the dependent variable, namely the performance of the Population and Civil Registration Office Of Purbalingga Regency.
