Abstract
Indonesia is developing country with biggest population in the world after China, India and United States of America. That condition create unemployment problem especially educated employment, educated unemployment in Indonesia has negative growth but the rate of educated unemployment still higher than noneducated unemployment. This study aims to analyze the effect of inflation, domestic investment, foreign investment, GRDP (Gross Regional Domestic Product) and minimum wage on educated unemployment rate in Indonesia 2009-2013 period. The data uses secondary data from Pusdatinaker (Pusat Data dan Informasi Ketenagakeraan), Bank Indonesia, Central Bureau of Statistics and different literature like journals and books source relates with the research. The analysis method use regression analysis method with Ordinary Least Square (OLS) models with combination on time series and cross section, or called pooled data. The analysis shows that inflation gives positive and significant influence with 0.24 coefficient on educated unemployment in Indonesia, provincial minimum wage gives negative significant influence with -8.99 coefficient on educated unemployment in Indonesia, domestic investment gives negative significant influence with -0.45 coefficient on educated unemployment in Indonesia, foreign investment gives negative not significant influence with -0.15 coefficient on educated unemployment in Indonesia and GRDP gives negative not-significant influence with -1.43 coefficient on educated unemployment in Indonesia..
