Abstract

RINGKASAN Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif yang bertujuan untuk menguji perbedaan tingkat kepuasan masyarakat pada pelayanan E-KTP di Kec. Dayeuhluhur Cilacap. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik convenience sampling dari masyarakat di 14 Desa yang ada di Kecamatan Dayeuhluhur yang telah melakukan perekaman pembuatan e-KTP sebanyak 38.057 populasi dengan sampel 382 sampel orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan survei dengan menyebarkan kuesioner sebagai instrumen penelitian. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan SPSS 22. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat perbedaan kepuasan ditinjau dari jenis kelamin, sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa tingkat kepuasan masyarakat laki-laki dan perempuan di Kec. Dayeuhluhur Cilacap ada dasarnya berbeda. Tidak terdapat perbedaan kepuasan ditinjau dari umur, sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa tingkat kepuasan masyarakat usia muda dan dewasa di Kec. Dayeuhluhur Cilacap pada dasarnya sama. Terdapat perbedaan kepuasan ditinjau dari pendidikan, sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa tingkat kepuasan masyarakat dengan pendidikan Sarjana atau selain Sarjana di Kec. Dayeuhluhur Cilacap ada dasarnya berbeda. Tidak terdapat perbedaan kepuasan ditinjau dari pekerjaan, sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa tingkat kepuasan masyarakat PNS maupun Non PNS di Kec. Dayeuhluhur Cilacap ada dasarnya sama. Kata kunci: Kepuasan Masyarakat, Pelayanan E-KTP, Uji Beda, Independen Sample T-Test SUMMARY This research is a quantitative descriptive study that aims to examine differences in the level of community satisfaction with E-KTP services in the district. Dayeuhluhur Cilacap. This study used a convenience sampling technique from the community in 14 villages in Dayeuhluhur District who recorded 38,057 populations of e-KTPs with a sample of 382 people. The data collection technique used a survey by distributing questionnaires as a research instrument. The data analysis technique in this study used multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 22. The results showed that there are differences in satisfaction in terms of gender, so it can be said that the level of satisfaction of men and women in the district. Dayeuhluhur Cilacap has a different basis. There is no difference in satisfaction in terms of age, so it can be said that the level of satisfaction of the young and adult people in the district Dayeuhluhur Cilacap is basically the same. There are differences in satisfaction in terms of education, so it can be said that the level of community satisfaction with undergraduate or non-graduate education in the district Dayeuhluhur Cilacap has a different basis. There is no difference in satisfaction in terms of work, so it can be said that the level of satisfaction of the civil servants and non civil servants in the district Dayeuhluhur Cilacap has the same basis.
