Abstract

Latar Belakang: Penderita hipertensi termasuk kedalam kelompok yang rawan terhadap infeksi Covid-19, sehingga diperlukan perawatan dan perhatian khusus. Kunci keberhasilan pengobatan hipertensi adalah perawatan diri penderita, sehingga perilaku self-care sangatlah penting dilaksanakan. Keluarga dan tenaga kesehatan memiliki peran penting dalam keseharian penderita hipertensi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara nursing agency dan dukungan keluarga dengan perilaku perawatan diri (self-care behavior) penderita hipertensi selama pandemi Covid-19. Metodologi: Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan desain cross sectional study. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode total sampling yang berjumlah 71 responden penderita hipertensi. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah kuesioner Patient Satisfaction with Nursing Care Scale (PSNCS), kuesioner Dukungan Keluarga, dan Hypertension Self-Care Profile (HBP-SCP): Behavior Scale. Analisis data menggunakan uji Spearman rank dan uji regresi linear berganda. Hasil: Didapatkan hasil penelitian terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara nursing agency (p<0,001 dan r=0,781) dengan self-care behavior penderita hipertensi dan terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara dukungan keluarga (p<0,001 dan r=0,621) dengan self-care behavior penderita hipertensi. Kesimpulan: Nursing agency (Beta 0,432) merupakan faktor yang paling dominan mempengaruhi self-care behavior penderita hipertensi. The key to the success of hypertension treatment is self-care, so self-care behavior is very important to be implemented. Family and health workers have an important role in the daily life of people with hypertension. The purpose of this study was to find out the relationship between nursing agency and family support with the self-care behavior of hypertension patients during the Covid-19 pandemic. Metode: This quantitative research uses a cross-sectional study design. The study respondents were 71 people with hypertension using total sampling techniques. The instruments used are the Patient Satisfaction with Nursing Care Scale (PSNCS) questionnaire, the Family Support questionnaire, and the Hypertension Self-Care Profile (HBP-SCP): Behavior Scale. Data analysis uses spearman rank tests and multiple linear regression tests. Results: The results of the study found a significant relationship between nursing agency (p<0,001, r=0,781) with self-care behavior of hypertension patients and there was a significant relationship between family support (p<0,001, r=0,621) with self-care behavior of hypertension patients. Conclusion: Nursing agency (Beta 0,432) is the most dominant factor influencing self-care behavior of hypertension patients.
