Abstract

Kebumen Regency is the largest producer of jenitri in Indonesia with a total land area of 214 Ha. Jenitri in Kebumen Regency is processed into various products such as necklaces, bracelets, key chains, bags and prayer beads. However, in its development there are still problems to be able to develop a jenitri craft business. So it is necessary to formulate the right strategy. The update plan in this research is to calculate the added value and determine the strategy using the Analytical Network Process (ANP) method. This study aims to find out about the value added of jenitri craft, the income of jenitri craftsmen and determine the strategy of developing a jenitri craft business in Kebumen Regency. ation of qualitative research and quantitative research to combine the results of research with other research that has different methods. This research uses Hayami methods to find out the amount of value added, income analysis to find income and analytical network process (ANP) methods to determine the priority scale of each cluster that contains existing criteria and alternatives. The results of the analysis show that the value added of jenitri into a jenitri bracelet is Rp132,502.00, the value added of jenitri into a jenitri necklace is Rp190,683.00, the value added of jenitri into a jenitri key chain is Rp26,058.00, the value added of jenitri into jenitri prayer beads is Rp53,207.00, the value added jenitri to become a jenitri bag for Rp1,412,218.00. The results of the income analysis show that the average income of jenitri craftsmen is Rp72,436,251.00 /month. The right main strategy in developing the Jenitri business in Kebumen is the marketing expansion strategy and the application of online marketing The implication of the above conclusion is that it is good for entrepreneurs of jenitri crafts who have not produced jenitri bags and jenitri necklaces to start producing and selling these two products because they have great value added. The jenitri craft business provides a large income for entrepreneurs, therefore the jenitri craft entrepreneur can continue to innovate in making various kinds of jenitri crafts so as to produce more attractive products. The development of the jenitri business in Kebumen is influenced by 4 aspects, namely institutional aspects, production aspects, marketing aspects and human resource aspects, the strategy that becomes the main priority in developing the jenitri business in Kebumen Regency is the marketing expansion strategy and the application of online marketing which is expected to be a recommendation for jenitri craft business actors, related institutions and the government in developing the economic creative sector, especially jenitri craft in Kebumen Regency
