Abstract
Good governance is a term that refers to how effective the performance of the government which has been trusted as the organizer of public affairs. The principles of good governance include accountability, transparency and participation. The principles of good governance are expected to promote village welfare, where all village government regulations and authorities can be useful and there is reciprocity from village communities with established regulations and authorities. However, in the application of good governance principles in the management of Village Funds in Linggasari Village, there are obstacles. The purpose of this study is to find out how the implementation of good governance principles is carried out in the management of Village Funds in Linggasari Village, the inhibiting factors for the application of good governance principles to the management of Village Funds and the impact of managing Village Funds based on good governance principles. In this study, the authors collected data by collecting data from interviews and conducting documentation by photographing the state of the village being studied; besides collecting reports made by the village government, the interview method was conducted on eleven people with criteria, namely the community and people with positions related to village funds, namely Village Apparatus, Community Leaders, and this research uses interactive model analysis so that it can be seen how the application of Good Governance principles to the use of Village Funds and how the impact on community welfareThis research is a descriptive qualitative research. The results showed, in managing the Village Fund in Linggasari Village, Kembaran District, it must have a reflection in the form of good governance principles, where the village government can carry out obligations based on applicable regulations, access to information needed by the community and also those who need it can be accessed easily. and open in a clear, public participation and impact on the welfare of the community.
