Abstract

This final report is entitled “Practice Writing English News in Official Instagram of Swara Widuri Radio Pemalang”. The writer conducts job training from February 14 to March 14, 2022. The purpose of this job training is to find out how to write English news in a social media account, to find out the difficulties in writing English news and to find out what solutions are faced in writing news on the Instagram account of Radio Swara Widuri. In the implementation of job training the writer produced two news articles written in English and uploaded to the Instagram account of Swara Widuri Radio Pemalang which the news that was produced about agenda or event report by the Regent and Vice. This news was produced from a journalistic process, including coverage, making news into a script and processing it into English news. In writing news, the writer faced the several obstacles, such the writer had to adapt to the news produced by the institute. Then, the writer did some solutions to minimize the mistake that occur. So that, the implementations of job training will run according to the writer’s expectations.
