Abstract
Murabahah financing is one of the sharia banking products based on sale and purchase agreements. This research aims to analyze the influence of Murabaha margin variables, BI Rate, inflation, NPF Murabahah, labor, and economic growth on Murabaha financing and to find out the trend of Murabaha financing in Islamic banking in Indonesia. This research is a type of quantitative research and was conducted in 12 Islamic Commercial Banks and 21 Islamic Business Units in Indonesia. The data used is a type of secondary data. Data analysis techniques using multiple regression analysis, 2SLS analysis, and trend analysis. The results showed that BI Rate, inflation, and Murabaha NPF negatively and significantly affected Murabaha financing in Indonesia. The implication expected the bank must be careful in determining the profit margin level and other ratio instruments so as not to affect Murabaha financing. Moreover, the government can maintain the value of interest and inflation rates to remain stable, and people will use more and more financing in Islamic banking
