The research is descriptive qualitative method, data collection using observation. in-depth interviews and focus group discussions with stakeholders, HNSI, the province of Bangka Belitung. Research results show Bangka Belitung Islands Province as one is still faced with the dynamics and problems of the islands. Aspects of natural resource management, environmental damage caused by illegal tin mining, the traditional fishermen who can not compete with foreign fishermen and outside the island, conflict management of coastal areas, and the spread of the islands led to the high cost of the aspects of education, health and public services, and the map of the area development areas between conservation areas and protected forests unclear.
