Abstract

The application of "mature name" is a simple-mimicry thing in any rural communities; it is a symbol of a starting new live phase for a boy to be a man trough marriage. Application of "mature name" is symbolize to their new live in the rural people, it is a name given to somebody when he have already married to change his "children name" (jeneng lare) become "mature name" {jeneng tua). The "mature name" is anything associates with local-indigenous of the rural people. Most of the application have no adopted yet in any government regulation of population, i.e. President's Rule No. 25/2008. The Rule is just regulates requirements of population administration and civil inventory as such in verse 1 (J 6) of the general concept, "important moment" is the moment happened to anybody that covering from his/her birth, dead, mortal-birth, marriage, divorce, child-adopting, child-legitimating, name change, and nationality change.
