Abstract

Performance appraisal of public organization is crucial issues to know the ‘degree of accomplishment about what had been planed. Performance is the record of outcomes produced on a specified job function or activity during a specified time period’. It is the state of condition about the process of work in achieving planned thing. This reasearh used descriptive approaches, especially quantitative technique. The research showed that the performance of general administration of Brebes Government was categorized by average or quite success, by the gained score was 56,59 percent. this condition was in line with the score achieved by the parameters. The gained score of parameter of clean, transparent and accountable administration’ had the lowest score, 42 percent, followed by administrative procedure implementation parameter, which gained score of 47. Based on that result those parameters were still necessary to be concerned, especially for improving performance of information and communication functions
