Abstract
Perhitungan premi tunggal bersih tahunan asuransi kesehatan dari penyakit model epidemi SIR memiliki dua model yaitu model premi tunggal bersih tahunan dengan benefit rawat inap dan model premi tunggal bersih tahunan dengan benefit lump sum. Penelitian ini menggunakan suku bunga tahunan Bank Indonesia sebesar 6,5% dan perhitungan premi menggunakan prinsip ekuivalensi. Hasil perhitungan dari salah satu data asli diperoleh premi tunggal bersih tahunan dengan benefit rawat inap sebesar Rp. 418.359 untuk benefit Rp. 1.000.000 dan premi tunggal bersih tahunan dengan benefit lump sum sebesar Rp. 15.949 per tahun untuk benefit Rp. 1.000.000.
