Abstract

This study examines the effect of liquidity, working capital management (CCC), and company size on financial performance in the textile and garment sub-sector. Understanding the variables that have a large impact on profitability, The aim of this research is to understand the variables that affect profitability and how three of variable can be improved to optimize company value and the possibility of higher profitability. Profitability is measured by return on assets (ROA), during the 2017-2021 period the number of samples was 14 companies taken in the textile and garment subsector were taken using the purposive sample method. positively by the liquidity indicated by the current ratio. Meanwhile, it is proven that the Cash Conversion Cycle (CCC) does not affect profitability. In addition, the size of the company does not affect its profitability. The conclusion of the study shows that companies in the textile and garment industry should concentrate more on current ratios to manage and control their current assets, ensure that short-term liabilities are met and business operations are successful.
