Abstract
Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kendala masyarakat Kelurahan Jaka Mulya yang terdaftar sebagai penerima BST pada saat COVID-19 mendapatakan hambatan seperti banyak terjadi permasalahan atau beberapa kekeliruan dalam efektivitas program BST yang diberikan oleh pemerintah kepada masyarakat kelurahan jaka mulya. Rumusan masalah penelitian adalah Bagaimana Efektifitas Program Bantuan Sosial Tunai (BST) pada masa COVID-19 diperumahan pondok surya mandala, Kelurahan Jaka Mulya Bekasi, terhadap Efektifitas Program Bantuan Sosial Tunai (BST) COVID-19 di Kelurahan Jaka Mulya. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan dengan metode kualitatif, penelitian ini dilakukan di Kelurahan Jaka Mulya Bekasi di RW 13 RT 14. Populasi dalam penelitian ini jumlah 1.470 KK. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 75 orang masyrakat yang terdaftar sebagai penerimaan Bantuan Sosial Tunai (BST). Dengan menggunakan purposive sampling yaitu penarikan sampel yang dilakukan dengan pertimbangan tertentu. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu wawancara, dokumentasi dan observasi. Teknik analisa yang digunakan deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Efektifitas Program Bantuan Sosial Tunai (BST) Pada Masa COVID-19 Di Perumahan Pondok Surya Mandala Kelurahan Jaka Mulya atau sesuai dengan indicator efektivitas yang digunakan, yakni tercapainya tujuan (waktu dan sasaran), terlaksananya proses integrasi, serta adanya adaptasi di masyrakat. Namun, tidak dapat memenuhi kebutuhan selama satu bulan penuh pemberian Bantuan Sosial Tunai ini juga membuat masyrakat menjadi pasif atau mengandalkan uang bantuan saja untuk memenuhi kebutuhan hidupnya. This research was motivated by the obstacles faced by the people of Jaka Mulya sub district who were registered as BST recipients during COVID-19, such as many problems or errors in the effectiveness of the BST program provided by the government to the people of Jaka Mulya sub-district. The formulation of the research problem is How the Effectiveness of the Cash Social Assistance (BST) Program during the COVID-19 period at Pondok Surya Mandala, Jaka Mulya Bekasi Village, on the Effectiveness of the COVID-19 Cash Social Assistance (BST) Program in Jaka Mulya Village. This research is field research with qualitative methods, this research was conducted in Jaka Mulya Bekasi Village in RW 13 RT 14. The population in this research was 1,470 families. The sample in this study consisted of 75 people who were registered as receiving Cash Social Assistance (BST). By using purposive sampling, namely sampling carried out with certain considerations. The data collection techniques used were interviews, documentation and observation. The analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative. The results of this research show that the effectiveness of the Cash Social Assistance (BST) Program during the COVID-19 Period in Pondok Surya Mandala Housing, Jaka Mulya District or in accordance with the effectiveness indicators used, namely achieving goals (time and targets), implementing the integration process, and adapting in society. However, not being able to meet their needs for a full month of providing Cash Social Assistance also makes people passive or rely on aid money alone to meet their living needs.
