Abstract
This research examines the influence of capital, menu variations, length of business, working hours, and financial technology or fintech on angkringan income in North Purwokerto District. This research aims to analyze the influence of capital variables, menu variations, leng th of business, working hours, and financial technology or fintech on angkringan income in North Purwokerto District. This research uses primary data obtained from interviews by giving questionnaires, this type of research is descriptive quantitative. The sample in this study was angkringan located in North Purwokerto District, namely 38 angkringan. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling where all populations are taken as samples. The data analysis technique in this study used multiple linear regression using e-views 12.0. The results of this research show that capital has no effect on angkringan income, menu variants have no effect on angkringan income, length of business has a positive and significant effect on angkringan income, working hours have a negative and significant effect on angkringan income, financial technology or fintech has no effect on angkringan income. Capital, menu variants, length of business, working hours, and financial technolo gy or fintech together have a significant influence on angkringan income. The implication of the conclusion above is related to the length of business that angkringan owners need to be consistent in terms of business activities by strengthening strategies such as promoting the sustainability of their business in marketing materials, improving customer service, or developing innovations that suit market needs. Angkringan owners' working hours require effective time management and it is necessary to evaluate the effectiveness of operational hours.
