Abstract
Skripsi ini berjudul “Morfoanatomi dan Aspek Reproduksi Ikan Sapu-Sapu (Hyposarcus pardalis) di Hulu dan Hilir Sungai Klawing, Kabupaten Purbalingga”. Penelitian mengenai Morfoanatomi dan aspek reproduksi Ikan Sapu-Sapu masih sangat jarang. Tujuannya untuk mengetahui morfoanatomi dan aspek reproduksi Ikan Sapu-Sapu di Hulu dan Hilir Sungai Klawing. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan pada Mei dan Juni 2023 di 2 bagian hulu, 3 stasiun yaitu Karangturi, Banjaran dan Lamongan. Hilir 3 stasiun yaitu Jetis, Bokol, dan Kedungbenda. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif dan kuantitatif. Pengolahan data dengan menggunakan Microsoft excel. Morfologi Ikan Sapu-Sapu mempunyai tubuh pipih (depressed), berwarna hitam kecoklatan, posisi mulut dibawah hidung, (inferior), sisik gerigi kecil (ctenoid), bentuk sirip ekor sirip yang lurus atas ke bawah (truncate). Nilai rata-rata IGS hulu jantan 13,87%; betina 13,31% dan hilir jantan 9,39%; betina 9,5%. Nilai rata-rata IHS hulu jantan 4,38%; betina 4,24% dan hilir jantan 2,11%; betina 2,06%. Nilai rata-rata IVS hulu jantan 7,66%; betina 8,04% dan hilir jantan 4,07%; betina 4,34%. Kualitas air di hulu dan hilir Sungai Klawing, Kabupaten Purbalingga dalam kisaran yang layak untuk pertumbuhan Ikan Sapu-Sapu.
