Abstract

The writer undertook a three-month job training at BLUD UPT Lokawisata Baturraden from 7 August 2023 to 17 November 2023. The primary objective of the internship was to create digital content at Lokawisata Baturraden on Instagram, which was developed in two languages: Indonesian and English. This was done to facilitate comprehension for domestic and international visitors. The creation of digital content is a process that involves a number of steps, including Pre-Production, Production, and Post Production. Prior to its publication on the BLUD UPT Lokawisata Baturraden social media, the digital content underwent a review and revision process. The objective of this process was to ensure that the content was accurate and suitable for public dissemination. The content was created with the intention of providing visitors with information and assistance and to enhance the visitor experience through social media. The writer faced challenges in training and digital content production due to weather conditions and quality of documentation, script, subtitles, and captions. Solutions included clear weather, regular monitoring, stabilizer use, and grammatical consultation. The on-the-job training revealed that Baturraden Tourism lacks digital content in English, which is a significant limitation in its ability to promote itself to an international audience. To attract tourists, it is necessary to utilize creative and effective digital content on the internet and social media, to ensure that the content can be understood by the target audience.
