Abstract
This research aims to analyze the effect of Environmental, Social and Governance disclosure on company value moderated by foreign ownership. This reseacrh is a quantitative approach. The population in this research were all companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2021-2022 period. Then purposive sampling methode was used to determine sample. Based on the results of the research and data analysis using SmartPLS, it has got conclusions : (1) environmental, social and governance disclosures has not effect on company value, (2) foreign ownership strengthens the relationship between environmental, social and governance disclosures and company value. The implication of the conclusion above is the importance of explaining the environment, social and governance with the proportion of foreign ownership in the company, especially those related to long-term profits. The findings in the study are expected to provide information regarding the basis for decision-making that underlies the above explanation of the environment, social, and governance.
