Abstract

This Job Training Report was written based on the job training implemented at Purbasari Pancuran Mas Educational Tourism Park from 18 September 2023 to 18 December 2023. This report aimed to provide bilingual informative content on Purbasari Pancuran Mas Educational Tourism Park's Instagram account. This tourist attraction site is one of the tourist sites that conveys the combination of tourism and education. To promote and engage more potential visitors, Purbasari Pancuran Mas Educational Tourism Park uses social media, including TikTok, Instagram, and WhatsApp Business. Three methods were used to gather content information: observation, interview, and documentation. The observation was used to measure whether Instagram is an effective medium for spreading information and as an educative medium for the public. The interview was used to gather some information for writing the content script. Documentation was used to capture pictures and videos for the content. In the process of producing bilingual informative content, 6 topics was chosen for the content, namely Tourist Route Map, Appeals, Animal Fun Fact Wreathed Hornbill and Arapaima Gigas, Online Ticket Booking Video Tutorial, and Kraca Bungur Homestay pamphlet. After all the information had been collected, all the content scripts were translated into English and then submitted the content to the public relations and marketing division of Purbasari Pancuran Mas Educational Tourism Park. There were also obstacles found when producing the bilingual informative content, such as a lack of the equipment used to take the pictures for the content. To overcome this obstacle, a friend's camera phone was borrowed. Another obstacle founded was the time to consult with the public relations and marketing division about the product. The solution for this obstacle was to make an appointment in D-2 or D-2 before consulting.
