Abstract

This final report is based on the job training conducted at the Cilacap Class I Immigration Office from September 5, 2024, to December 6, 2024. The purpose of this report are to explain the implementation of job training at the Cilacap Class I Immigration Office, to create a digital informational video about corporate sponsorship for the office's official YouTube channel, and to identify the obstacles encountered and the solutions applied during the video production process. In making this job training report, there were three methods: observation, interview, and documentation. Based on interview and observation with head of social media TIKKIM, a digital informational video was chosen because the agency had not yet provided a video about corporate sponsor in English on its YouTube channel. The video result was a cinematic information video with English voice-over and Indonesian subtitles. There were three stages in the process of creating an information video namely pre production, production, and post-production. In the pre-production stages, there were several step namely determining video concept, gathering information about corporate foreign sponsor, and voice-over script writing. Determining idea, making schedule, writing script, making storyboard, and preparing tools were the preparation stage known as pre production. F and digital informational video editing. In the post-production stage, there is finishing and publishing video step. There were several obstacles during the process of creating the information video, such as limited phone storage, limited camera skill, and basic video editing app. The several solutions are cleaned up the storage, learned camera movement on YouTube, and upgraded the editing application. The obstacles were successfully overcome. The final information video was published on the Cilacap Class I Immigration Office's YouTube channel to educate viewers about corporate sponsor.
