Abstract
This final report summarizes the job training activities conducted at Sapphire Group from September 2nd to December 2nd, 2024, focusing on the creation of two promotional videos “Sapphire Riverside House Tour” and “Who Says Gen Z Can’t Buy a House?” featuring English voice overs and bilingual subtitles (Indonesian and English) to engage both local and international audiences. The videos were designed using hard and soft selling approaches in a cinematic, vertical format aligned with digital marketing trends. The report outlines the application of observation, interview, and documentation methods to understand Sapphire Group’s marketing strategy, audience behavior, and content standards. The video production process consisted of pre-production (planning and scripting), production (shooting and voice-over recording), and post-production (editing and subtitle insertion), with the final videos published on the company’s Instagram account to effectively connect with Generation Z.
