Abstract

The aim of the research is to identify and analyze the effect of variable produk quality, service quality, price, servicescape on variable satisfaction and repurchase intention. The sample in this study is 107 respondents who are the customers of Tempo Gelato Yogyakarta with age criteria 19 years and over. Purposive sampling method used in the determination of the sample. Data was analyze using Multiple Regression and simple regression. Based on the result of the research, it can be conclude that : (1) product quality has positive effect on satisfaction (2) service quality has positive effect on satisfaction (3) price has positive effect but not significant on satisfaction, (4) servicescape has positive effect on satisfaction (5) satisfaction has positive effect on repurchase intention.
