Abstract
Di Indonesia, salah satu penyebab rendahnya mutu pendidikan adalah komponen mutu guru. Fokus utama penelitian ini yakni mengangkat masalah guru honorer. Guru honorer adalah guru tidak tetap dan digaji per jam pelajaran. Masalah yang dimiliki oleh guru honorer adalah kinerja mereka yang rendah yang diakibatkan karena gaji yang diterima di bawah standar yang ditetapkan. Oleh karena itu, tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara kompensasi kerja (X1), lingkungan kerja (X2), dan budaya organisasi (X3) terhadap kinerja (Y) guru honorer SMA dan SMK Negeri di Kecamatan Purwokerto Timur. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yakni kuantitatif dengan pendekatan studi survai. Responden adalah guru honorer di berbagai SMA dan SMK Negeri Kecamatan Purwokerto Timur berjumlah 100 orang. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner dan dokumentasi.
