Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pengambilan risiko terhadap Loan to Deposit Ratio, Corporate Governance, Struktur Kepemilikan, Ukuran Perusahaan Dan Umur Perusahaan pada perusahaan perbankan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2013 – 2017. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 44 perbankan. sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 15 perbankan. sampel diambil dengan metode purposive sampling. Data dalam penelitian ini dianalisis dengan regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Loan to Deposit Ratio berpengaruh negatif terhadap pengambilan risiko, Corporate Governance berpengaruh positif terhadap pengambilan risiko, struktur kepemilikan berpengaruh negatif terhadap pengambilan risiko, ukuran perusahaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap pengambilan risiko, dan umur perusahaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap pengambilan risiko.
