Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh diversitas gender dan praktik corporate governance terhadap kinerja keuangan perusahaan. Sampel penelitian yang dipilih adalah perusahaan yang terdaftar dalam indeks LQ-45 periode Februrari-Juli 2020. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda, dengan data berasal dari laporan tahunan perusahaan tahun 2015-2019. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa diversitas gender tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja keuangan, ukuran komisaris berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan, ukuran direksi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan, serta keberadaan komisaris independen tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja keuangan.
