Abstract

The learning achievement of students in the organization of SMA N 1 Belik is not optimal because students don’t have good time management, interesting learning methods, and lack of encouragement from within students to learn. This study aims to analyze the effect of organizational activity, creative thinking, and learning motivation on student achievement in the core organizational management of SMA N 1 Belik. The method used in this study is quantitative associative by using a causal relationship. The sample used in this study was 91 students who were the core administrators of the organization in class X and class XI. Data was collected through interviews, observations and questionnaires. The data analysis tests carried out in this study were multiple linear regression test, t test, f test, and coefficient of determination test. Based on the results of the analysis, the following results were obtained: (1) Organizational activity has a positive and significant effect on learning achievement (2) Creative thinking has no effect on learning achievement (3) Learning motivation has no effect on learning achievement.
