Abstract
This research aims to determine: (1) The effect of perceived security on purchase decision of Tokopedia users, (2) The effect of perceived privacy on purchase decision of Tokopedia users, (3) The effect of perceived risk on purchase decision of Tokopedia users, (4) The effect of perceived security on customer trust of Tokopedia users, (5) The effect of perceived privacy on customer trust of Tokopedia users, (6) The effect of perceived risk on customer trust of Tokopedia users, (7) The effect of customer trust on purchase decision of Tokopedia users, (8) The mediating effect of customer trust on the causal relationship between perceived security toward purchase decision of Tokopedia users, (9) The mediating effect of customer trust on the causal relationship between perceived privacy toward purchase decision of Tokopedia users, (10) The mediating effect of customer trust on the causal relationship between perceived risk toward purchase decision of Tokopedia users. This research is a type of quantitative research on Tokopedia users. The population used in this study were all Tokopedia users who had made a purchase at least once in the last six months. Measurement of variables in this study using a Likert scale and hypothesis testing using the Structural Equation Model (SEM). The implication of this research is to improve purchasing decisions, Tokopedia must Improve security quality regularly. Ensure the privacy of Tokopedia application users. Tokopedia also needs reducing the risk of transactions in the Tokopedia application. This is intended to increase the trust of Tokopedia users and decide to make purchasing decisions through the Tokopedia application.
