Abstract

ABSTRACT Today’s educational institutions are required to be able to provide quality and superior education. Consequently the education institution must have supporting human resources, that was who have optimal performance so able to realizing organiztional goal. Teacher’s performance be affecting many factors, like transformational leaderships style, budgeting participation, organizational culture, and locus of control. This research purpose to knowing and analyzing affect of: 1) transformational leaderships style to to teacher’s performance, 2) budgeting participation to teacher’s performance, 3) organizational culture to teacher’s performance, 4) internal locus of control to teacher’s performance, and 5) external locus of control to teacher’s performance. This research is quantitative with quantitative descriptive approach. The population of this research are all teachers of the SMK Negeri at Purbalingga region in 2020 years there were 12 schools, and the sum of research sample are 150 teachers. Data using is primary data from questionare which been answered by responden. The research data been analyzing by SEM with AMOS program. The result of the research give some conclussion that were: 1) transformational leaderships style have positive influence to teacher’s performance, 2) budgeting participation have positive influence to teacher’s performance,3) organizational culture have positive influence to teacher’s performance, 4) internal locus of control not afecting to teacher’s performance, and 5) external locus of control have positive influence to teacher’s performance.
