Abstract
This research is a survey on employees of Trust Me Group Tegal. This research takes the title: "EFFECT OF SERVANT LEADERSHIP CAPABILITY ON THE EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE WITH TRUST AS A MEDIATING VARIABLE (STUDY AT TRUST ME GROUP)". This study aims to determine the effect of Servant Leadership and on Employee Performance with Trust as a mediating variable. Respondents in this study were employees at Trust Me Group Tegal. This study used 61 respondents. Purposive sampling method is used in determining respondents. Based on the results of research and data analysis using SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) shows that: (1) Servant Leadership Capability has a positive effect on cognitive Trust. (2) Servant Leadership Capability has a positive effect on affective Trust. (3) Cognitive trust didn't mediates the relationship between Servant Leadership Capability and Employee Performance. (4) Affective trust mediates the relationship between Servant Leadership Capability and Employee Performance. (5) Cognitive trust has a positive effect on Employee Performance. (6) Affective trust has a negative effect on Employee Performance. The findings of this study will help Trust Me Group and other business actors to understand the implications of servant leadership capability as a leadership technique. The limitation of this research is the limited number of respondents, so the results of this study are less than optimal.
