Abstract
This job training report is prepared based on the results of the job training activities carried out for one month. The activity started on Monday, February 22, 2021 until Wednesday, March 24, 2021. The purposes are to find out the difficulties in serving foreign tourists, the obstacles, and the solutions from the staff of the foreign Lokawisata Baturraden.Lokawisata Baturraden is located in Dusun I Karangmangu, Baturaden, Banyumas Regency, Central Java. This is one of the most famous tourist attractions in Banyumas Regency, especially in Purwokerto.The results of this job training shows that there are tourist attractions that do not provide tour guides who can speak English and many tourist staff do not understand English either. The suggestion is that in the future Lokawisata Baturraden can provide workshop on guiding tours in English.
