Abstract

This study entitled Supply Chain Risk Tofu In Perspective TraceabilitySystem (Study on Industry Tofu Kalisari Village, Cilongok Sub-district, BanyumasRegency). The purpose of this research is to find out whether Supply Flexibility,Postponement, Stock Strategy, and Flexibility Transportation have an influenceon Supply Chain Risk Management to tofu businessman Kalisari village.This type of research is a survey research using questionnaires to bedistributed to respondents. This research is intended for information on the facts,opinions, actions and characteristics of the respondents who are the population.Popolation in this research is entrepreneur know the village of Kalisari.The results of this study indicate Flexibility, Postponement, and FlexibilityTransportion has a significant positive effect on Supply Chain Management Riskentrepreneurs know the village of Kalisari, while for the Stock Strategy has anegative influence is not significant and the success rate of multiple regressionmodel in this study amounted to 69.8 percent
