Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) The effect of ease of use on the intention to use the Jenius application, (2) The effect of perceived usefulness on the intention to use the Jenius application, (3) The effect of security on the intention to use the Jenius application, (4) The effect of features on the intention to use the Jenius application, (5) The effect of trust on the intention to use the Jenius application. (6) The effect of trust mediates ease of use on the intention to use the Jenius app, (7) The effect of trust mediates the perceived usefulness of the intention to use the Jenius app, (8) The effect of trust mediates security on the intention to use the Jenius app, (9) The effect of trust mediating features against the intention to use the Jenius application. This research is a type of quantitative research on Jenius application users. The population used in this study is all Jenius customers who already have the Jenius application. Variable measurement in this study uses a Likert scale and hypothesis testing uses the Structural Equation Model (SEM). The implication of this research is that in an effort to increase customer intention to use, Jenius must maintain and seek ways to increase perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, perceived security, and features. Companies must continue to maintain and improve their good reputation, such as by improving application performance, improving suggestions and criticisms from previous customers, increasing security during transactions so that companies can achieve good results.
