Abstract

The purpose of this study was to explains the extent to which compensation, continuance commitment, and job satisfaction affect turnover intention after the Covid-19 pandemic ends at PT Cebong Albasindo Wonosobo. The method uses in this research was a quantitative method because the purpose of my research is to find out or measure the interaction of the relationship between two or more variables and the sampling technique used is probability sampling, which means that all employees have the same opportunity to become the selected sample. The population of this research were industrial employees of PT Cebong Albasindo with a sample of 75 employees. This study used data analysis in the form of SEM-PLS (Partial Least Square). The implication of this research is that companies must pay attention to the amount of salary given to their employees by adjusting the amount of their employee salaries to match the regional salary standards that apply that year, this will increase their job satisfaction and reduce turnover intention.
