Abstract
Rumah Sakit Orthopaedi Purwokerto (RSOP) is the private healthcare facility in Central Java that specifically focuses on comprehensive management of orthopaedic, traumatology, and rehabilitation issues. As part of its marketing strategy, RSOP utilizes the Instagram social media platform with the username @rsorthopaedipwt. Through this Instagram account, RSOP regularly shares various content, including health education materials. This study is a qualitative research aimed at analyzing RSOP's management of Instagram social media in health education content using The Circular Model of SoMe by Regina Luttrell. This research has found that in the management of Instagram, RSOP has not fully implemented The Circular Model of SoMe. The Share and Engage stages have been implemented well. However, in the Optimize stage, RSOP has not made efforts to identify topics that are currently trending among the audience. Additionally, in the Manage stage, RSOP has never engaged in direct and real-time interactions. Keywords: Instagram, The Circular Model of SoMe
