Abstract

This report is entitled " Producing English Arrival Flow Video of YogyakartaInternational Airport on Youtube" and is based on job traning that have been carried out at PT Angkasa Pura I (Persero) Yogyakarta International Airport, Kulon Progo on May 02, 2023 - June 30, 2023. PT Angkasa Pura is oneof the Limited Liability Companies engaged in air transportation in Indonesia. When writing a report to collect data, the writer used three methods, namely observation, interviews and documentation. Observation carried out in the first week by monitoring the activities and habits of passengers in the departure area at Yogyakarta International Airport. Interviews are carried out by asking several questions to existing officers in the arrivals area. Documentation was carried out by taking pictures and videos of activities and facilities in the arrival area of Yogyakarta International Airport. This job training was carried out with the aim of producing a video of the arrival flow for passengers landing at Yogyakarta International Airport, knowing the obstacles and finding the right solution to overcome the problems experienced during the video making process. In implementing job training, the writer knows the duties of the Airport Operation Landside Terminal and Customer Service units. The writer also knows the provisions regarding the standards of facilities and services at airports as well as the obstacles faced by service users, both domestic and international. The writer made a procedure video in English accompanied by Indonesian so that passengers can more easily understand the stages they must go through when landing at Yogyakarta International Airport. The writer experienced several obstacles in making the video, such as the writer's limitations regarding the world of aviation and dividing work time with the video shooting process, so that there were areas where pictures or videos were not allowed to be taken. However, the writer was able to overcome this obstacle by consulting the unit supervisor and other officers in the relevant area.
