Abstract
The job training was done for three months at Dinas Pariwisata dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Kebumen (Disparbud Kabupaten Kebumen), specifically in the Culture Department from September 4th - December 4th, 2023. Disparbud Kabupaten Kebumen is the government institution which is responsible for managing and promoting tourist attractions in KabupatenKebumen. The main purpose of the job training is to create a tourism e-booklet for promoting tourist attractions in Kabupaten Kebumen in two languages (Indonesian and English). Moreover, the implementation of job training purpose to find out obstacles and find solutions in creating a bilingual e-booklet to promote tourist attractions in Kabupaten Kebumen. Furthermore, another task was assisting the Culture Department in Culture promotion activities and various other office activities. The process of creating an e-booklet has several steps, including data collection through interviews and observation, documentation, and editing. The e-booklet has been reviewed and revised before being approved for publication on Instagram and the Official Website of Disparbud Kabupaten Kebumen. Obstacles uncounted during the job training and making tourism e-booklets included placement that are unrelated to the writer's final product, unfriendly weather, lack of information about tourist attractions in Kabupaten Kebumen and the lack of supporting devices. Solutions were implemented, such as coordinated through comprehensive meetings for mutual understanding, asking for contact information from the office supervisor, scheduling and utilizing the writer's free time on weekends, making direct observations at tourist locations and setting limits on device use.
