Abstract
This research aims to analyze the relationship between system quality, information quality and service quality on BSI mobile banking user satisfaction and trust as a moderator. This research is correlational research with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all BSI mobile banking users in the Barlingmascakeb area. The number of samples in this study was 110 respondents. Data is processed using Smart PLS3 software. This research has several conclusions. First, the existence of good system quality can increase user satisfaction. Second, information quality and service quality have no effect on user satisfaction. Third, trust can strengthen the relationship between system quality and service quality on user satisfaction. On the other hand, trust cannot strengthen the relationship between information quality and user satisfaction. It is hoped that the findings of this research will provide benefits for BSI management to maintain system security and service quality. BSI management can apply indicators such as accuracy, relevance, completeness, timeliness. This research is not perfect, and has several limitations in the process and results. There are several obstacles such as no interaction in collecting data with respondents and difficulty in finding BSI mobile banking users.
