Abstract
This study examines the influence of Inclusive Leadership and trust on job performance, focusing on the moderating role of trust in enhancing the relationship between Inclusive Leadership and job performance. The research was conducted in a case study of employees from in Barlingmascakeb (Banyumas, Purbalingga, Cilacap, Kebumen) coffee shop, with data collected from 100 respondents across various departments. Using regression analysis, the results indicate that Inclusive Leadership has a significant positive effect on job performance, demonstrating that leaders who foster inclusivity lead to improved employee outcomes. Trust was also found to have a significant positive relationship with job performance, underscoring its crucial role in enhancing workplace productivity. Furthermore, the study confirmed that trust acts as a moderator, strengthening the positive effect of Inclusive Leadership on job performance. When trust levels are high, the impact of Inclusive Leadership becomes more pronounced. These findings highlight the importance of fostering both Inclusive Leadership and trust to achieve superior organizational performance. Limitations, such as the relatively small sample size and the cross-sectional nature of the study, suggest that future research should aim to validate these results across different contexts and over time.
