Abstract
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Program Kemitraan Terhadap Kinerja Keuangan Usaha Kecil Menengah Mitra Binaan di Community Development PT Telkom Tbk Sub Area IV Purwokerto. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh pemilik Usaha Kecil Menengah sebagai mitra dalam Program Kemitraan dan Bina Lingkungan PT Telkom Sub Area IV Purwokerto pada triwulan I tahun 2015 yang berjumlah 50 Usaha Kecil Menengah. Dalam ukuran sampel penelitian ini ditentukan dengan menggunakan metode slovin, dengan alpha 10% ukuran diperoleh sampel sebanyak 34 Usaha Kecil Menengah. Teknik sampling menggunakan metode purposive sampling. analisis regresi tunggal digunakan untuk menganalisis variabel. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, dapat disimpulkan bahwa program kemitraan berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja keuangan Kecil Menengah Mitra Binaan di Community Development PT Telkom Tbk Sub Lokasi IV Purwokerto.
