Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pengendalian internal, good governance dan penilaian kinerja individu pada kinerja organisasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan studi korelasi dengan pendekatan survei. Populasi penelitian ini adalah 69 karyawan sebagai responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan sensus. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Analisis Regresi Berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengendalian internal memiliki efek positif pada kinerja organisasi, good governance memiliki efek positif pada kinerja organisasi dan penilaian kinerja individu memiliki efek postitif pada kinerja organisasi.
