Abstract

This job training report is prepared based on work practices and the implementation of innovative product manufacturing in the framework of the PILMAPRES (Pemilihan Mahasiswa Berprestasi)/Outstanding Student competition 2024 from study program to national level which took place on 1 March - 1 June 2024. Tukang Nyetak, founded by the author, is a printing business that provides services such as photo printing, stickers, wedding invitations, and various other digital printing products. This report aims to explain the development of an integrated digital platform, the One-Stop Website www.tukangnyetak.com, designed to meet the community’s needs in printing services, skills training, and job vacancy information. The platform integrates various services in one place to provide convenience and efficiency for users by adding bilingual features, content descriptions, logos, and images to provide an attractive design on the One-Stop Website. The website’s main features include printing services for products such as invitations, brochures, and photos; digital skills training, graphic design and paper recycling; and a job portal that provides job information in the printing field. The development of this One-Stop Website used three main methods: observation, interviews, and documentation. The documentation methods consist of two stages: prototyping with the help of partner “789 Softworks” and publishing the website through Google with the support of partner “PT Braling Inovasi Teknologi.” During the development of this website, several obstacles were encountered, including a limited working time of only three weeks, significantly shorter than the standard development period, which, according to Mr. Hartanto, a partner at “PT Braling Inovasi Teknologi”, usually takes one to three months. It happened because the author participated in the selection PILMAPRES (Pemilihan Mahasiswa Berprestasi)/Outstanding Student competition 2024, which took place in a short and intensive time. Other challenges included bad weather that hindered the interview process, lost interview recordings that had to be repeated, lack of information related to user needs, and difficulty in getting respondents of the survey who gave the expected answers on the questions about digital printing training. However, these obstacles were overcome thanks to cooperation with competent partners, flexible data collection strategies, and good time management, allowing the One-Stop Website to function optimally.
