Abstract

This research is entitled The Influence of Price, Service Quality, and Customer Satisfaction on Repurchase Intention Go-jek Service in Purwokerto City. Referring to the research objectives, the research objectives are to analyze the influence of price, service quality, and customer satisfaction on repurchase intention. This type of research uses survey and questionnaire methods.Intended, collecting data and investigating causal relationships and hypothesis testing is to provide a review of the object of research. The sampling technique in the study was conducted by convinience sampling method. The criteria for respondents to be sampled are: All customers Go-Jek in Purwokerto city, respondents have used Go-Jek services and respondents knew the Go-Jek services. Multiple regression analysis is used to determine the effect of independent variables (Price, Service Quality, and Customer Satisfaction) on Repurchase Intention as a dependent variable witih F test and t test. The population in this study is the people of Purwokerto City who have used Go-Jek services. research was conducted by surveying 107 Go-Jek customers in Purwokerto. The method of data analysis is done by using multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis show that (1) the more affordable the price, the higher the intention of consumers to repurchase Go-Jek services (2) the better the quality of services provided will increase consumer intention to re-purchase Go-Jek services (3) the higher satisfaction is felt consumers towards Go-Jek services, the higher the intention of consumers to re-purchase GoJek services.
