Abstract

This final project report is compiled based on job training carried out during the period of August 26–December 27, 2024 at Dinas Arsip dan Perpustakaan Daerah Kabupaten Banyumas or The Archives and Regional Library Service of Banyumas Regency (Dinarpusda Banyumas). The main objective of this to create digital content in Indonesian and English to make it easier for foreigners to understand the contents of the digital content on Instagram social media. When conducting the internship, the writer used three methods: observation, interviews, and documentation. The observation method involved examining the conditions and location of the internship site and identifying its shortcomings in order to assist in promoting Dinarpusda Banyumas. Interviews were conducted at Dinarpusda Banyumas to gather direct information from the management regarding archive services, libraries, and reference rooms as supporting material for the creation of promotional content. Documentation was carried out by taking photographs and videos required for the creation of the author's digital content to complement other data. The results of job training that have been carried out are in the form of bilingual digital content as promotional media uploaded on the Instagram social media of Dinas Arsip dan Perpustakaan Daerah Kabupaten Banyumas. There are several obstacles, namely determining the product from digital posters to bilingual digital content and adding one promotional content video. However, this can be overcome after coordinating with the supervisor so that the making of the product can run well.
