Abstract

Forensic accounting is one of the problems undertaken by the Investigative Auditor to produce fraud in the financial sector. Still, up to now, there are still many universities that have not been forensic as a course. The research involves several academics and practitioners who aim to explore and understand education for needs, education and usage for the needs, and fulfillment of quality for people as forensic accountants. Using qualitative descriptive research and interview methods, the results can be explained specifically what the second group of informants with regard to forensic accounting, forensic accounting additional education and the fulfillment of forensic accountant security resources. The results of this study indicate that there are still numbers on academic and some things. Find some things that can be done in more detail by academics but not issued by detail by practitioners, and vice versa.
