Abstract
This study aims to investigate the relationship between compensation, distributive justice, interactional justice to employee performance and mediated by work motivation. The study was conducted in March 2018 at Moro Mall Purwokerto. The population in this study is all salespeople at Moro Mall Purwokerto. sampling is done by using purposive method. Total respondents from this study were 67 respondents and used questionnaires as data sources. Respondents from this research are salespeople at several counters at Moro Mall Purwokerto. Using the analysis of PLS (Partial Least Square), the results of external model, internal model, and hypothesis testing using T-test are as follows: (1) compensation has a significant positive effect on employee performance. (2) compensation has a significant positive effect on work motivation. (3) distinguishable justice has a positive but insignificant effect on employee performance. (4) distributive justice has a significant positive effect on work motivation. (5) interactional justice has a positive but insignificant effect on employee performance. (6) interactional justice has a significant positive effect on work motivation. (7) work motivation positively mediates between compensation and employee performance. (8) work motivation positively mediates between distributive justice and employee performance. (9) work motivation positively mediates between interactional justice and employee performance. The implication of the conclusion below, states that Moro Mall Purwokerto must improve distributive justice and interactional justice in the workplace because it can provide positive feedback for the company.
