Abstract

Filipina merupakan negara yang memiliki angka prostitusi yang tinggi dan menempatkan Filipina sebagai negara peringkat keempat di dunia dan kedua di Asia dengan tingkat prostitusi tertinggi. Banyak dari masyarakat Filipina yang memanfaatkan internet untuk melakukan tindak kejahatan dunia maya atau cybercrime, salah satunya yaitu cybersex. Kejahatan cybersex mengalami peningkatan dari tahun ke tahun, hal tersebut mengharuskan pemerintah Filipina melakukan berbagai upaya untuk mengatasi kejahatan cybersex yang terjadi di negaranya, salah satunya adalah bekerjasama dengan Interpol. Pada penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kerjasama Filipina dan Interpol dalam menangani kejahatan cybersex di Filipina pada tahun 2010-2016 dengan menggunakan teori kerjasama internasional, cybercrime, dan transnasional organized crime. Fokus penelitian ini mengarah pada faktor penyebab kejahatan cybersex di Filipina dan upaya kerjasama Filipina dan Interpol dalam menangani kejahatan cybersex di Filipina tahun 2010-2016. Kata-kata kunci : cybersex, Filipina, Interpol, kerjasama internasional, cybercrime, transnasional organized crime   SUMMARY The Philippines is a country that has a high rate of prostitution and ranks the Philippines as the fourth country in the world and second in Asia with the highest rate of prostitution. Many Filipinos use the internet to commit cybercrime, one of which is cybersex. Cybersex crime has increased from year to year, this requires the Philippine government to make various efforts to address cybersex crimes that occur in their country, one of them is to cooperate with Interpol. This study aims to determine the cooperation between the Philippines and Interpol in dealing with cybersex crimes in the Philippines in 2010-2016 by using the theory of international cooperation, cybercrime, and transnational organized crime. The focus of the investigation is on the factors causing cybersex crimes in the Philippines and the collaborative efforts of the Philippines and Interpol in cybersex crimes in the Philippines in 2010-2016.
