Abstract
Latar Belakang: Program profesi Ners merupakan program lanjutan setelah lulus dari Sarjana Keperawatan. Lulusan Ners Unsoed diharapkan menjadi perawat yang profesional baik dari aspek pengetahuan, sikap maupun keterampilannya. Demi mewujudkan hal tersebut, diperlukan motivasi belajar yang tinggi pada mahasiswa profesi Ners. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran motivasi belajar mahasiswa profesi Ners Unsoed saat pandemi Covid-19. Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu total sampling dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 77 mahasiswa. Pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner dan dianalisis dengan analisis univariat. Hasil Penelitian: Mayoritas responden adalah perempuan (71,4%), dengan rentang usia 17-25 tahun (72,7%) dan tinggal di kost (62,3%). Mayoritas responden memiliki motivasi belajar dengan kategori tinggi (76,6%). Kesimpulan: Mayoritas mahasiswa Profesi Ners Unsoed memiliki motivasi belajar dengan kategori tinggi.
