Abstract

EFEKTIVITAS HUKUM PELAYANAN KOLABORASI PERAWAT DAN DOKTER DALAM UPAYA KESEHATAN (Rumah Sakit Dr. Soeselo, Kabupaten Tegal) Oleh : FIKI AZIZANTORO E1A016202 ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas hukum pelayanan kolaborasi perawat dan dokter dalam upaya kesehatan di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah (RSUD) Dr. Soeselo, Kabupaten Tegal. dan pengaruh faktor komunikasi, kerjasama, dan tanggungjawab terhadap efektivitas hukum pelayanan kolaborasi perawat dan dokter dalam upaya kesehatan di RSUD Dr. Soeselo, Kabupaten Tegal. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan yuridis sosiologis dan spesifikasi penelitian deskriptif. Penelitian ini berlokasi di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Dr. Soeselo Kabupaten Tegal dengan responden sebanyak 25 (dua puluh lima) orang perawat dan dokter. Pengambilan sampel penelitian menggunakan metode simple random sampling. Jenis dan sumber data meliputi data primer dan sekunder yang diperoleh dengan menggunakan metode angket, studi dokumenter dan kepustakaan. Pengolahan data menggunakan teknik coding, editing, dan tabulasi serta analisis dengan metode distribusi frekuensi analisis, tabel silang analisis, analisis isi dan analisis perbandingan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa efektivitas hukum pelayanan kolaborasi perawat dan dokter dalam upaya kesehatan di RSUD Dr. Soeselo, Kabupaten Tegal. adalah efektif. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil penelitian menggunakan 4 (empat) indikator meliputi efektifnya melakukan konsultasi dan komunikasi; efektifnya berdiskusi tentang diagnose; efektifnya menetapkan tujuan bersama untuk kesembuahn pasien; dan efektifnya melakukan penatalaksanaan pemberian obat kepada pasien. Faktor komunikasi, kerjasama, dan tanggungjawab cenderung berpengaruh secara positif terhadap efektivitas hukum pelayanan kolaborasi perawat dan dokter dalam upaya kesehatan. Soeselo, Tegal Regency and the influence of communication, cooperation, and responsibility factors on the effectiveness of the collaboration between doctors and nurses in health efforts at the Regional General Hospital Dr. Soeselo, Tegal Regency. This research uses quantitative research methods with sociological juridical approach and descriptive research specifications. This research is located at the Regional General Hospital Dr. Soeselo, Tegal Regency with 25 (twenty five) nurses and doctors as respondents. The research sample was taken using simple random sampling method. Types and sources of data include primary and secondary data obtained using the questionnaire method, documentary studies and literature. Data processing uses coding, editing, and tabulation techniques as well as analysis using frequency distribution analysis methods, cross table analysis, content analysis and comparison analysis.. The results of the study indicate that the legal effectiveness of nurse doctor collaboration services in health efforts at the Dr. Regional General Hospital. Soeselo Tegal Regency is effective. This is evidenced by the results of research using 4 (four) indicators covering consultation and communication, discussing diagnoses, setting common goals for patient recovery, and administering medication to patients.. Communication, cooperation, and responsibility factors tend to have a positive effect on the legal effectiveness of doctor-nurse collaboration services in health efforts.
